Andrew leads deal sourcing, diligence, negotiations and capital raises. Once Palm Ridge Capital's investment is complete, Andrew will lead the day-to-day operations with the support of a board of directors.

He has led and advised worldwide operations for Fortune 100 companies across a multitude of industry segments that include Financial Services, Healthcare Services, Life Sciences, Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM), Education, and Government Contracting. With 18 years of experience developing and scaling organizational competencies in Operations, Sales and Marketing, Andrew continuously refines his playbooks to deliver dynamic tech-enabled business transformations. Known for identifying top talent, Andrew maintains a proven track record of assembling, empowering, and coaching high-functioning teams. He is motivated by the challenge of unlocking value creation through persistent refinement and delivery of top-line growth and cost reduction strategies.
