Andrew founded Palm Ridge Capital to be a differentiated capital partner who is committed to prioritizing a 'company first' commitment to scale and grow businesses sustainably over the long term. Andrew leads deal sourcing, diligence, negotiations and capital raises.
Prior to Palm Ridge Capital, Andrew was an Operating Partner at Set Wave Capital where he led the company's operational due diligence of software and tech-enabled services businesses. Additionally, Andrew met with select business owners across industries to conduct current state assessments of their Sales and Marketing functions.
Prior to Set Wave Capital, Andrew spent over 15 years as an independent technology consultant, specializing in post transaction M&A integration for Global Fortune 100 companies. Andrew architects technology roadmaps and playbooks to scale, grow and professionalize through Sales, Marketing and Business Process Optimization.
Previously, Andrew was the head of Marketing Technology for American Honda Motors. There he led the current state assessment, planning and design of Honda's next-gen Customer 360 platform providing a single source of truth for all customer information across the family of brands. Additionally, Andrew served as the enterprise technology lead for Honda's CRM, campaign management, email marketing, web analytics and digital asset management functions.
Prior to Honda, Andrew was an operations manager at Genentech (Roche). There he led Genentech's clinical trial data capture and drug development insights management program. In parallel, Andrew managed the enterprise planning, design and development of their next-gen data store, providing a single source of truth across the Roche and Genentech's portfolio of brands, enabling data enrichment capabilities and enhanced R&D insights while maintaining GRC standards.
Prior to Genentech, Andrew led post-merger integration-related activities between Wells Fargo and Wachovia. Andrew oversaw the implementation of Wells Fargo's new documentation management services for their Wholesale division. The program included the migration of multiple legacy systems, design of a new target state architecture, custom application development, workflow integration, creation of new operational standards, human capital planning and enterprise-wide corporate communications.
Andrew began his career in technology consulting at Unisys where he implemented business process optimization software and services for the federal government.
Andrew received an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management with a focus in Information Systems. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Carolina.
