Before becoming active in the growth equity space, Frank worked for twenty-five years as an international tax adviser from the Netherlands and Japan. He was also eight years Head of Tax of Morison International a global network of accounting firms.

 

In 2010, Frank founded Dellin Investments. Their portfolio is comprised of private companies spanning early-stage, SME PE deals and search funds. In 2012, Frank relocated to the U.S. to develop and expand Dellin's U.S. operations. Frank also serves on the board of various companies within Dellin's investment portfolio.
